Hrafnhildur Einarsdóttir es una artista y coreógrafa independiente. Estudió en la Escuela Laban en Londres y se graduó en el 2009 con un BA en Danza Teatro.Hrafnhildur ha trabajado como intérprete y creadora de su propio trabajo, en donde recientemente comenzó a explorar nuevos caminos, experimentando con el trabajo de cámara y sonido. En el verano de 2009 recibe la beca DanceWEB en Viena, Austria, y en el mismo año recibe el reconocimiento a la estudiante en arte líder del año en Kópavogur, Islandia, otoño de 2009.
Hrafnhildur ha creado e interpretado en colaboración con DanskonstkollektivetSch!! y estuvo en residencia en el teatro Tou Scene in Stavanger de Noruega.
Hrafnhildur Einarsdóttir is a freelance dance artist and choreographer. She studied at Laban in London and graduated from there 2009 with BA in Dance Theatre. Over the past years Hrafnhildur has been working equally as a performer as well as choreographing her own work, where she has recently started to explore new pathways, experimenting with camera work and sound. Summer 2009 Hrafnhildur was awarded the DanceWEB scholarship program in Vienna, Austria, same year she was awarded as a leading art studentof the year in Kópavogur, Iceland.
Autumn 2009 Hrafnhildur created and performed in a collaborative work with DanskonstkollektivetSch!! During a residency period at theatre Tou Scene in Stavanger, Norway. Currently She works In London on a dance and music project, which will be presented in Utrecht, Holland.

«Hrefna». Mirando a alguien dentro de ti mismo. Buscando ahí una relación que tienes con esa persona, y logrando conocer alguien más aunque ya se haya ido. Pisando un camino que le pertenece a otra persona.
Looking at someone, within yourself. Finding there a relationship that you have with that person, and getting to know somebody even though she is gone. Stepping a path that is owned by someone else.

Hands on mind and body work preparation for performance: improvisation lead through visualisation
Los objetivos de este taller son:
1.- Conectar y ofrecer un ambiente y sensación de seguridad entre las personas que integren el grupo.
2.- Crear un ambiente abierto y seguro entre el grupo.
3.- Que el grupo desarrolle conciencia de la conexión entre en cuerpo y la mente.
Introduciré diferentes técnicas de preparación para el performance y herramientas de improvisación para abrir el cuerpo y la mente y activar la creatividad de los participantes.
Estoy interesada en trabajar con todo tipo de personas interesadas en el movimiento. Este taller no está diseñado sólo para bailarines sino para artistas en general.
** Abierto para todos los niveles.
The aims of this workshop are:
1.- getting people in the group to connect and feel safe with each other.
2.- create open and safe enviroment within the group.
3.- making people aware of their body and mind connection. I will introduce different techniques for preparation for performance and improvisation tools to open the mind and the body in order to activate peoples creativity. I´m interested to work with different people- and the workshop is not only designed for dancers, but for all artists and people that are interested in movements.
** Open to all levels.
