SANDRA GÓMEZ (Colombia)
Coreógrafa y bailarina, se ha especializado en las técnicas de improvisación y danza contacto. Formó parte desde 2003 de la compañía colombiana Danza Común y actualmente forma parte como intérprete y asistente de dirección de la compañía mexicana Bruja Danza bajo la dirección de Alejandra Ramírez.
También estudió filología alemana en la Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Ha colaborado (2005‐2007) con distintos coreógrafos como Maureen Fleming (USA) Axis Mundi 2005, Alexis Eupierre (España) In Situ 2006, Frauke Requardt (Alemania) Pequeñas Delicias 2007. Fue invitada por la Agrupación Proyecto 3, a participar como bailarina – interprete en los montajes que se realizaron para la Cuarta Noche de Teatro en México D.F. de Agosto a Octubre de 2009: A breaking dawn and a Multiplication of Tissue de Jean‐Frederic Chevalier y Mattiu Mevel (Francia‐ Italia), Police Machine de Joseph Danan (Francia), y Heteroglosias de Víctor Viviescas (Colombia).
Fue gestora e integrante del Centro de Experimentación Coreográfico, proyecto gestionado y realizado por la Fundación Danza Común, con el apoyo de la Secretaria de Cultura, Recreación y Deporte y el Ministerio de Cultura de Colombia, donde desarrollo trabajos de creación como: Algo se Rompió 2008, Acontecimiento Simultaneo 2007 (este invitado a la III muestra de Performance en Choroni Venezuela), Disinstantes 2006, El Amenazado 2006 y el proyecto Localidades 2008.
Choreographer and performer. She has been part of the Colombian company Danza Común since 2003 and now she is part of the mexican company Bruja Danza as assistant director and performer. She also studied German Philology at the National University of Colombia.
Winner of the 2008 Creation Grant (Sports, Recreation and Culture District Secretary) for the project Campo Muerto with Danza Común dance company, as well as the Circulation in Colombia in 2009 (Colombian Ministry of Culture). She performed in Éramos unos cuantos 2004, El otro lugar 2004, Cuatro puntos suspendidos 2005. From 2005 to 2007 she collaborated with Maureen Fleming (USA) in Axis Mundi, Alexis Eupierre (Spain) In Situ and Frauke Requart (Alemania) Pequeñas Delicias. She created Acontecimiento Simultaneo 2007 (invited to the 3rd. Choroni Venezuela Performance exhibit), Distantes 2006, El Amenazado 2006,
Invited by the Proyecto 3 (2009) to collaborate in the frame of Cuarta Noche de Teatro in Mexico City in the following plays: A Breaking Dawn and a Multiplication of Tissue by Jean-Fredéric Chevalier and Mattieu Mével (France/Italy), Police Machine by Joseph Danan (France) and Heteroglosias by Victor Viviescas (Colombia). In 2008 she was invited to collaborate as creative performer in the dance video Once Cuerpos, directed by Jenny Fonseca and shot in Cali, Colombia.She coordinated the book publishing of Danza, Tradición y Contemporaneidad 2007–2008 and Trayectos 2008, a memory compilation of the first dance professionals in the Caribbean Region of Colombia.
