Graduada en Artes Visuales por la Escuela Superior de Arte y Diseño en Caldas da Rainha y la Uni Hildesheim en Alemania 00/01. Trabajó en la galería Wieland y como asistente del artista visual H.J.Samjong, en Berlin. Estudió composición e investigación coreográfica en Forum Dança, con los maestros Dieter Heitkamp, Kurt koegel, Miguel Pereira, Francisco Camacho, Teresa Renieri, Joclesio Azevedo, Joana Providência, entre otros.Asisitió a talleres en Portugal y en el extranjero y destaca su trabajo con Louic Touze, Jeremy Xido, Aliki kasouri, Hooman Sharifi, Deborah Hay, João Fiadeiro, Meg Stuart. Trabajó como intérprete con Carlos Silva y Miguel Pereira en 2006. Desde el 2006 desarrolla su trabajo «Day of Dead» 06, «Untitled Until Today»…07. Cuenta con el Grado V en ballet por la Royal Academy of dancing.
Fue artista residente en «Place of arts» de la Fundación Calouste Gulbenkian, donde desarrolló su solo «untitled». Ha exhibido su trabajo en video «untitled» en la Bienal Internacional de Cerveira 05. Obtiene una mención con su video «Snake» en el II Certamen de Artes Visuales, Madrid 07 y desarrolla durante el 2008 el proyecto de video instalación «Flay of a Map». Durante el 2008 fue coordinadora del departamento de danza en Centa (centro de estudios y nuevas tendencias artísticas). En 2009 participa en Pointe to Point Meeting en Lisboa, plataforma de intercambio para el performance entre Asia y Europa organizada por ASEF y Alkantara. En 2009 recibe la beca DanceWeb en el marco del Festival ImPulsTanz en Viena, Austria.
En este momento colabora con la coreógrafa portuguesa Claudia Dias y desde septiembre en 2009 es parte del colectivo Inconsumivel.coma.

Was during 2008 coordinator of the dance department of Centa, (center of studies and new artistic trends). In 2009 participated in Pointe to Point Meeting In Lisbon, Exchange platform for Performance art between Asia and Europe, Organized by ASEF and Alkantara.
Was a Danceweb Scholarship holder at impulstanz Festival 2009. Is collaborating with the Portuguese Choreographer Claudia Dias, since September 2009 and also Is part of the collective Inconsumivel.

La realidad a veces puede ser imperceptible, pero siempre está ahí. ¿Cómo puede un cuerpo desplegar la realidad? El intérprete a través de la amplificación de sonidos corporales genera «espacio» y hace que éste sea disponible para ser aprovechado a raíz de revelar su potencialidad. ¿Podrá esta realidad desdoblada ser percibida?
Reality can sometimes be imperceptible, but it´s always there. How can one´s body unfold the real? The performer trough the amplification of inner body sounds fabricate «space» and make it available to be grasped by revealing it potentiality. Is this unfold reality perceived?
